RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, Europaplein 24, RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, Amsterdam, 1078 GZ, North Holland, Netherlands (view on Google Maps)

The AI & Big Data Expo Europe 2025 is part of the TechEx global series and will take place 24–25 September 2025 at RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre. As Europe’s leading conference and exhibition covering artificial intelligence and big data, the expo is designed to connect enterprise leaders, data scientists, developers, innovators and policymakers.

The two‑day event hosts more than 8,000 attendees, 250 speakers and 200 exhibitors across multiple tracks and workshop spaces, focusing on the practical adoption of AI and data technologies in business and society. Sessions explore generative AI, machine learning in production, explainable AI, data mesh, edge AI, scalable MLOps and AI‑enabled analytics.

Special programmes such as the AI Developer Day and industry‑led workshops provide deep dives into coding practices, toolchains and open-source projects, while executive panels tackle strategy, governance, ethics, and organisational change. Co-located events on cyber security, IoT, digital transformation and data centres allow visitors to explore cross‑disciplinary innovations; one ticket grants access to all co-located conferences, fostering connections between AI initiatives and adjacent technologies.

The exhibition hall features demonstrations from leading platform vendors, cloud providers, startups and research labs, enabling attendees to compare solutions and network with solution architects. RAI Amsterdam’s central location provides easy access via public transport and offers an expansive campus for plenary sessions, themed theatres and networking lounges.

In addition to business presentations, the expo prioritises hands‑on learning through hackathons, code labs and live demos. Visitors can book meetings via a networking app and attend evening socials to build partnerships.

By bringing together the full ecosystem of AI practitioners and decision‑makers, AI & Big Data Expo Europe aims to accelerate adoption, share best practices and inspire new applications of AI and data across industries.
