IEEE CAI 2026 will be held May 8–10, 2026 at the Palacio de Congresos in Granada, Spain. Organised by IEEE in partnership with the University of Granada and multiple IEEE societies (Signal Processing, Computer, Systems, Computational Intelligence), CAI gathers hundreds of international AI researchers, practitioners and institutional leaders to deliberate on AI in transport, health, sustainability, education, robotics, tourism, cultural heritage and ethical governance.
The conference combines keynote sessions, technical paper presentations, panel forums, student challenge tracks, and exhibition areas featuring institutional and startup innovation. Its purpose is to reinforce scientific leadership and ethical AI deployment, and to serve as a nexus for academic-industrial-government collaboration in Europe.
