The Data Innovation Summit (DIS) 2026 will return to Stockholm on 6–7 May 2026 for its eleventh edition. Marketed as the Nordics’ largest and most influential data, analytics and AI conference, the hybrid event takes place on‑site at Kistamässan (Kista Exhibition & Conference Centre) and online via Agorify.

DIS brings together data scientists, engineers, AI practitioners, business leaders, technology providers, and academics to share practical case studies and the latest innovations in data and AI. According to the conference’s promotional material, the two‑day programme features more than 300 speakers across nine stages, seven workshop rooms and hundreds of technical deep dives.

Delegates can choose from over 250 sessions covering themes like applied AI, big data, generative AI, data governance, data mesh, MLOps, IoT and edge analytics, and sustainability analytics. The summit also includes a Tech and Innovation Expo where 200+ exhibitors showcase solutions, tools and platforms.

DIS emphasises actionable insights: many presentations are centred on real-world use cases from large enterprises and scale‑ups, highlighting how data and AI deliver business value across industries such as telecommunications, retail, manufacturing, finance and public sector. Workshops provide hands‑on training, while TIP (Technology in Practice) sessions allow attendees to dive deep into specific tools and methodologies.

Over the last decade, DIS has hosted more than 1,000 case studies and grown into a global movement with satellite editions in MEA and APAC, making it a central hub for data and AI practitioners seeking to network, learn and discover cutting‑edge solutions. Organisers promise an enhanced onsite experience in 2026 with dedicated networking lounges, data science competitions and AI art installations, while the virtual platform ensures remote participants can access live streams, Q&A and matchmaking features.

With its comprehensive agenda and international delegation, DIS 2026 aims to help organisations accelerate data‑driven transformation and harness AI responsibly.
